Great Lock Replacement. Excellent customer service.
This company will do whatever it takes to make you happy. Their response by email is quick. After I had to pry the original zipper ends from the lock on my case in an airport shop in Lisbon, I was thrilled to find this replacement for under $7US with free shipping. Unbelievable. These Chinese do us a real service offering this lock to save a suitcase. The time in the mail is long but well worth the wait. It may be a good idea to order a spare if you inadvertently lose your code again. The lock attaches easily by slipping the replacement into the hole in the case and two small screws attach a cover on the inside of the case to the underside of the lock. Replacement takes five minutes and a medium size Phillips head screwdriver.

Lock looks as good as original lock on case.
Bought the lock to replace one on Trip case. It looks as well made if not better than original and delivered on time. Cannot give 5 stars as I have not used it. Fixed original lock.
