Works for me, I'm using for chicken breast, not sure it is big enough for a turkey or large ham.

This is just under a foot long. Much bigger than stated and far much bigger than needed. If the dimension had been honestly stated I wouldn't have bought it. It's far too big. Great if you carving up a bison or a dinosaur but for a normal roast, we're talking severe overkill.

Needed a fork for carving meat, didn;t want to spend too much. Was very please when this arrived. Really good quality, easy to use and the handle is really comfortable.
