Just as described ! I love how easy it is to use, great for 4c hair especially since I need a lot of moisture!

I ordered this conditioning cap due to the reviews. I have extremely dry 4c hair and needed something to use at home routinely, especially since the salons are closed indefinitely. This is the first time I have used it since I received it. My first impressions are: the cap heats quickly, but it does not have a timer dial like described on the site. Also, the cap cuts itself on and off after 15-20 minutes of use. I love this feature. I believe this probably a safety mechanism, but I really can’t be sure since the instructions don’t indicate that. But it remains warm in between so your hair is still reaping the benefits. The dial switch is not a dealbreaker for me and not worth wasting time returning. I just use Alexa or my phone for a reminder. One last thing, if you like detailed instructions for your devices, this is not for you. The cap is easy to use, but some people like an entire book with their devices. The limited instructions are on the side of the box. Again, that’s not a dealbreaker for me! Overall, I love it after this use. I will post another review after several uses.

Fantastic hair product! Felt good heating up my hair masks on my head and soaking them into my scalp and hair. 10 out of 10! Would recommend!!!

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  Heat up we’ll I would say preheat like 5 minutes before use takes a few minutes to actually start feeling the heat from it. Looks goofy but heats up.

The third temperature setting (high level) for this steamer is great. It was just right, not too hot and stayed warm the entire hour that I use it for moisturizing my hair. The only downfall is that the cord could be a bit longer. It would also be great if there was a storage bag to store the steamer for future use.

Its big so if you have lots and lots of hair this works. Even thpugh its big, i love it!

It arrived lickety split!No instructions but I figured it out!Didn't come with cap. Didn't it say a cap--not just the apparatus itself?Gets warm but not hot. Wouldn't mind more heat for my very very 4c hair.Auto shut off after 30mins would be good. It seemed to cool after a time and then resurge. I guess timing is up to me. But at some point it should shut off for safety just in case it is forgotten on somehow.I have used it once.I am over all happy with the quality for the price.Good purchase.

Gone are the days where I have to heat up a towel wrap it around my head to deep condition my hair and then repeat several times going back and forth from the kitchen to the bathroom. Now I just apply my deep condition, wrap my hair in a shower cap, put on this spa cap, plug it in, adjust the temperature and just sit, pretty , catching up on my reading. How cool and convenient is that? I should have bought this a long time ago. Even my girls enjoy the deep conditioning time under the warm spa cap. It’s not too hot and you can adjust the temperature. I completely recommend.

It heats up very well, it deactivates when it is very hot according to the description. I loved the quality as well as the price being great! I highly recommend it.

This cap on high is hot! On low it’s still really warm. It does what it’s supposed to do. A little tricky to tighten. Be careful not to leave it on. I had to throw mine off because the phone rang and it was on my floor for several hours still really hot as was my rug which scared me.
