Absolutely Essential for My Runs – Light, Effective and my Secret Weapon for Staying Hydrated
After trying loads of electrolyte tablets, I keep coming back to HIGH5 ZERO – Berry. It’s light, effective, sugar-free, and seriously refreshing — especially when you need hydration that actually works during a workout or hot day. But here’s the real hack: drop it into cold sparkling water and you’ve got one of the best fizzy hydration drinks you’ll ever taste. No joke — it’s like functional soda. 🥤✨⸻✅ What I Loved:🍓 Tasty and sugar-free – The berry flavour is mild, clean, and doesn’t linger weirdly. Great if you’re cutting sugar or on a low-carb diet — I drink it even while fasting.💧 Hydration that delivers – This has helped me avoid post-run cramps more than once, especially during summer. I notice the difference when I don’t use it.⚡ Vitamin C included – Feels like a small immunity boost without needing to think about it.🥤 Pro tip: add to cold sparkling water! – Game-changer. Makes hydration feel like a treat. I now look forward to it post-workout or even as a midday pick-me-up.⸻⚠️ What Could Be Better:⏳ Fizz disappears quickly – If you’re using still water, drink it soon after it dissolves or you’ll miss the bubbly effect.🎯 Flavour is subtle – I love the lightness, but if you’re into bold flavours, it might come off a bit too mild.⸻🙌 Perfect For:✅ Runners, cyclists, and gym lovers✅ People doing intermittent fasting or keto✅ Anyone tired of sugary hydration drinks✅ Those who want a healthy soda alternative 🍹⸻Whether you’re working out or just trying to drink more water, this stuff is a winner. The berry flavour + sparkling water combo is a next-level hydration hack I didn’t know I needed. 💦🏃♂️🌟

Tasty & Performance Combo!
The Strawberry & Kiwi flavour of HIGH5 ZERO Electrolyte Tablets is an absolute winner—by far the best of the bunch! It’s fruity, refreshing, and actually tastes great, unlike the Tropical or Orange & Cherry ones which come off a bit bland.I love how effective these tablets are: they consistently leave me feeling hydrated and revitalised after cycling, a big night out, or during the intense heat of summer.I also appreciate that they're sugar-free and zero-calorie, making them a guilt-free addition to my daily hydration. The Vitamin C boost is a great extra touch. If you're looking for an electrolyte tablet that delivers both on flavour and functionality, this is the one to go for. I won’t be switching anytime soon! Also people say they are expensive, but compared to Lucazade sport they are a bargain!

Quick dissolving and good taste
High 5 Zero has become my go-to electrolyte brand because they’re affordable enough to keep buying regularly. I’ve tried both the Berry and Grapefruit flavors—they dissolve quickly, which is convenient, and while they’re a bit on the sweet side, they do a great job of keeping me hydrated. In fact, they’re so effective (and tasty) that other family members keep sneaking them too! If you’re looking for a reliable and budget-friendly electrolyte option, these are definitely worth trying.

Highly recommended for those fasting!
I love these hydration tablets - they've been my saviour since starting intermittent fasting (16/8) 6 weeks ago. My first week of fasting made me feel lethargic with headaches every night during my fast. I also felt hungry and couldn't sleep. I almost gave up fasting until I read about electrolytes, so I purchased these. I've been taking two to three tablets daily, depending on how I feel. I have a Tropical or Berry flavoured tablet dissolved in water to use during 20 to 30-mile Zwift rides/races. During the night (when fasting and feeling hungry), I break up a Berry flavoured tablet to suck on - it tastes great and is similar to Barrat Refreshers. I found that Tropical is the best flavour to use in water followed closely by Strawberry & Kiwi. These two flavours taste too artificial to suck on. Berry is fine in water but improves with a dash of no added sugar berry flavoured squash. These tablets have boosted my performance on the bike (I no longer drink sugary Lucozade) and have irradicated headaches, lethargy and hunger pangs before bed.I'm starting my 7th week of fasting and 15lbs down with another 15-20lbs to go. I've struggled with weight for the past 20 years and tried every diet going. Fasting is the only diet (or I should call it a lifestyle) that works, and these tablets are a must for this new way of life.Update (6th June 2021): I've now lost 25lbs (11.3kg) since 14th March, and that includes a recent weeks holiday filled with plenty of beer and food (with desserts). I can't quite believe how fasting has transformed my body, and these tabs have been a key part of this process. I've gone from XL t-shirts to Medium and have never been happier! I plan to have a six-pack by August. :)Update (24th September 2021): I've lost 35lbs (2.5 stone), reaching my goal weight back in mid-August. I'm now working on body recomposition to get more definition with weight training, less cardio, more protein (supplementing with Myprotein Impact Whey Protein shakes), and lowering carbs (but not cutting them out). I just had a big bowl of lasagne with garlic bread :). I'm still fasting roughly 16 hours (between 8 pm and 12 pm) as it's a way of life for me, and I still use these tabs daily for exercise and fasting. I eat two meals a day with the occasional sweet treat and a few beers down the pub. I have never tracked food intake from day one but have a good understanding of nutrition and macronutrients. I used to eat a big bowl of porridge for breakfast, but now I have a big 4-egg omelette stuffed with ham, mushroom, and cheese with half a tin of baked beans. I'm no longer weighing myself daily since reaching my goal weight but keep myself in check with the trusty tape measure.
