Surprisingly addicting sauce good for cooking
As a destination food tourist I have tried many sauces and spices from Mongolia to Patagonia. I was curious about this one after seeing an Amazon ad and gave it a try. The sauce has a decent amount of heat and a very tangy kick. I think it is optimal as a base layer in several asian dishes as it adds texture and zest to the flavor yet adds a level of complexity and moisture that has gotten me complements for my cooking recently. I prefer this sauce to gochujang and sriracha for serious cooking.

I ordered a bottle of KPOP Sauce because I heard good things about it from a friend who had tried it. I am a fan of the combination of hot and sweet, so the description of KPOP intrigued as I had never tried anything with Gochujang flavor. I was pleasantly surprised at how delicious this sauce is and how well it complements and enhances so many different types of food! It is a savory, rich and full-flavored sauce with kick of spicy hotness, but tempered by a slight sweetness that makes it very delicious. I have tried it on pizza, mac and cheese, avocado toast, crackers and cheese and beef stroganoff. Really good stuff and I highly recommend it!

Eat this stuff up!!!!!
American made, but totally Korean in flavor and spices. I buy this regularly now from KPOP website as well as here on Amazon. Take two or three bottles to work to last like a week perhaps more, NOPE. Everyone in the office loves it too and "helps me," to not "overeat." :-) Really great product if you have never had Korean cuisine, give it a try you will likely be surprised! Really good on steamed veggies, sushi, kimbap/rice. Sky is the limit as to what you can put it on. Gonna try it on popcorn..... stay tuned. Would be even better in a bigger bottle, less plastic waste!

Taste is Good.
Much too viscous (thick consistency) . Should come in a jar NOT a pour bottle.

Great, but too expensive
Great sauce that goes well with a lot of different foods. It has a nice, subtle heat to it and an awesome flavor. With that being said… it’s way too expensive. I’m not sure if the supply is low or what… but this bottle used to cost $4, now it’s $12. A triple price hike is pretty ridiculous and the only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars. Also, the nozzle thing constantly gets clogged, making it impossible to use. This is annoying and I don’t have this issue with any other sauces that come in a similar type bottle.Anyways, good stuff if you’re willing to spend too much on it.

Ouch, Hmm, Yum?
All you asbestos-tongued fire eaters can skip this review. This is for spice wimp gringos like me, who flinch at Taco Bell medium sauce packets.I've never been able to enjoy anything stronger than a sprinkle of Tabasco on scrambled eggs because the pain overshadows the taste. And there are plenty of folks like me.So my first reaction, dripping this on an egg and potato burrito: ACKK! more buffalo wing battery acid! But my task was to review this stuff and I pressed on.Next try was to stir it into arroz con pollo, being a little more cautious with the amount. I started to get some taste out of it, even though it stung. You may laugh at my description, but I just don't have the vocabulary. After all, how would you describe chocolate if you tasted it for the first time? Anyway, what I got was "fine leather and old socks". Does that sound unpleasant? It is all a matter of degree and nuance; after all, I can taste skunk and rubber in a Cabernet and like it just fine.So my third try was adding it to spaghetti sauce. I was very cautious with the amount and still ended up with my lips tingling. And surprise! I could taste the unique flavor. It was more complex than pasta arrabiatas I have tried, and I was getting to like it.Maybe I can work up to really enjoying hot sauces, or maybe just burn out my receptors so that all I can taste is the hot stuff-- I just don't know how it works, but I'm gonna explore more.

I'm the one guy who didn't like it.
Bought it because Amazon suggested it, tossed it immediately. I really like the Weak Knees Gochujang Sriracha.

Convenient gochujang sauce!
If you like gochujang this is a handy way to be able to add it to any dish as it's thinner than the usual paste you find in stores and in a convenient squeeze bottle. Great way to dress any dish you want to give a little heat and rich umami flavor!
