I bought these probiotics after studying several brands. The probiotic is for my father who has undergone a surgical procedure for stoma reversal, which comes with long term unpleasant effects. He took them for about 10 days and, until now, he has no side-effects related to probiotics, and it seems that things are going in the right direction (low diarrheal episodes, no more bowel pain). However it is too early to confirm that this he is permanently stabilized, moreover because he will start again chemotherapy which, among others, predisposes to diarrhea.

I take probiotics to heal my leaky gut. I've tried various supplements and organic foods including Kefir. I found these taken with a meal help. Patience is needed and long term goals along with lifestyle is required but perseverance is the key. These are a good brand and the delivery is always on time.

Have noticed a distinctive improvement after one week. More of the joys of life and less acid reflux. Wish they were a bit cheaper as I am an 83 year pensioner on pension credit.

Really good probiotics. Better than majority of the big branded ones out there. Always use Probitocs that contain Prebiotics for maximum benefit. The best I’ve ever used are New Earths Probiotics made by Enzyme Specialist, and Raw Food pioneer Viktoras Kulinskas. But these are definitely some of best you’ll find on Amazon. Also amazing customer service must be said.

I could not start these straight away so I think it is too early to say. I am giving these 5 stars as my Naturopath recommended me to take these she is an excellent practitioner and very aware of the best supplement I can benefit from. I will certainly send another review in once I have taken them a bit longer
