These are not small
Being new to cheese making and trying to get milk out of a sheep is a challenge. It took me a week to get enough milk to make my first batch, but on a sheep, there is lots of fat to make fumage. Even so, cheese cloth was essential to start, then I could press into the mold.

VERY HIGH QUALITY!!
Cheese molds are constructed very well and have decent volume and drainage for harder cheeses.

They work but a little difficult to press
There’s nothing wrong with the press itself but it’s difficult to balance things on top of it to get pressure. I have to monitor it constantly. I’m sure there’s a better solution but not sure what that is
