I can't say to much on the mood since i try and use them 40 minutes before I sleep however, when it comes to sleep it's amazing my rem time is normally double or triple the old and my deep sleep a lot better as well. Also it doesn't take long at all my watch noticed the change even after the first day.

Are the capsules supposed to be dark because they are darker than before is it the pepper??

Been taking this product for over a year and it’s the best one on the marking. I use it for anxiety, works wonders, tried other brands and this is the only one that gives me the stress reduction results I need.HOWEVER, IT HAS BEEN ALMOST TWO MONTHS AND MY ORDER JUST UPDATED TO “SHIPPED” YESTERDAY!
