I own this heat press since 2018. I use it to apply my art to t-shirts and other items. It works like a charm and I never had a problem so far. I even iron our clothes with it. The press is easy to use. Customer service responded immediately when I had a problem with the beeping tone. That would maybe be a good thing to write in a user guide. Also, I have never tried the pressure knob. But the pressure worked so far with everything I made. I only can recommend this press.

First, the packaging looked like it had been opened before(maybe returned). It does not heat evenly, nor is the temp gauge correct. We checked temp on all sides, temp was much lower in several areas than others. When I get the pressure correct, I am unable to lift because it is so tight. My husband can use it, but it is difficult and he ends up wore out after about 10 shirts. Very disappointed and would not recommend.

Why didn't I buy one sooner? It's been a great addition to my options. Was using a regular iron and this really is a game changer. Have been able to do shirts, onsies, make-up pouches, totes and clutches with no issues. Added the teflon sheet to the top and secured with magents. Would recommend adding pressing pillows (made my own) for additional support when pressing. No issues (so far) with temp control, beeping or malfunctions. Very happy and I make sure to share with other crafters when they are looking to purchase. Thank you!

Okay, I'm writing this review seven months after buying it and using it extensively. I'm only writing it to 'give back' as I never write reviews but read them all the time :) I have never used a heat press prior to this and so give it three stars because basically, it does the job I want it to do and was very reasonably priced. However, the timer no longer works. I have to set the timer on my phone to alert me and sometimes I forget, burning all my stuff in the process. So, yes, that's irritating. The thermostat also drops as soon as I close the clam lid. So say, I have set the temperature for 400 degrees, as soon as I close the lid, it often drops slowly down to about 330 before slowly rising again. The timer will only start, (when it used to work), when the temperature gets back up to 400, which could take up to five minutes, therefore cooking your stuff for far longer than planned. So it's not precise at all. I used it to make coasters and preheating the stone made no difference to this drop in the thermostat.I would add that when I first received it I modified the bolts to the clam lid, putting in longer ones in the front to alter the angle so that it would work on thicker stone and tiles (10mm). This worked great but I would have imagined a press like this would already have some sort of feature to accommodate thicker material? I guess it is really only designed for t-shirts.Despite my whinge, I'm happy with my purchase because I have used it successfully for exactly what I bought it for. However, I imagine if I ever upgraded I'd be wishing I did it a long time before. I'll keep using it for now. Good luck.

DIdn't work when I got it. Contacted Customer Service with Ephotoinc. They shipped a new part and now it works great!!

I really had no issue with this heat press. It did exactly what I needed it to do...until it didn't. Today I was in the middle of a HUGE order when it just decided that it didn't want to work anymore. I always unplugged it when not in use and took care of it and it let me down big time. I'm losing business and money as we speak. Cam someone from ephotoinc please contact me ...
