Waste of money.
Extremely disappointing. I bought these expensive seeds in the hope of some lovely flowers for the bees in my garden. I have tended and watered over the past four weeks with zero success. I even purchased netting to protect the expected seeding. Nothing has appeared yet. A complete waste of £6.99. In fact I've had more success with a packet of ordinary seeds costing £1.29!

Still waiting 2 month later.
Unfortunatly unlike the add it doesn't do what it says on the tin. It just didnt work. I followed the instructions but to no avail. I saw this being showcased on tv and thought that if this works the way they claim, it Will make them a fortune with repeat purchases. Sorry to say it won't happen. None grew. I would have been as well off if i had planted the 7 £1 coins and waited for a money tree to grow. The one star can be for the handy tin i still have.

Flowers look great and we're helping the bees. What's not to like?
If the bees die, we all die so it's good to help them out in any way we can. I've filled my garden with these flowers and it's mutually beneficial as the garden looks nicer and we're helping the little fellas gather and spread pollen.

Great way to control, yet random plant wild flowers.
I got two packs of these and popped a couple of tins into my family presents as well as one into various friends' Christmas presents. I carefully picked the best assortment to suit the garden and tastes of the individual. I must admit I had difficulty parting with them and intend to buy a few for myself. The idea of keeping the seeds safe so they don't simply add to my garden birds' diet is very appealing. Though I don't know which ones to get as I would really love to get them all, just need a few more acres of land to accommodate all the flowers. The label on the bottom of each tin lists the flowers contained and their likes and dislikes. Each tin has a range of flowers which will appeal to bees, birds or particular area of the garden, so the planting will be naturalistic but suited to the environment chosen.A great product which allows for a little more control over the planting of wild flowers to allow greatest success.

Does what it says on the tin 😀
Used these in an old veg bed. It's a mix of Urban meadow and Bee mix plus a few other things. It's a picture and as you can see from the photos the pollinators love them. So easy just scatter and go. Pay attention to the instructions as I was over enthusiastic and threw in way too many which was a waste as had to thin out the plants. Three years on the display gets better and better

Rather hard to review...
As many other reviewers here and elsewhere have found, these simply don't work. I distributed them at the time and in the manner prescribed with no results whatsoever. I suspect they might work if you treat them as normal seeds, digging over the soil, fertilising, tending etc. as normal. However, the claim is that one shouldn't have to do as such and so I can't recommend them.

I think the price of a tin is great if you consider what you could be paying for ...
These seedball mixes where just what I was looking for to help make my garden more attractive to bees and butterflies and would also give my garden a variety without me having to put much thought in it. I think the price of a tin is great if you consider what you could be paying for sets of bulbs of the same variety. But I also kind of like the mystery of using mixed seeds - who knows what's gonna pop up this time! I'm planning on planting each ball in an individual pot and see what happens from there. You may also find you actually get more than 20 balls! Mine had an extra 5-7. I think the designs of the tins are very cute too. Would recommend.

Lovely little gift, but scruffy...
Really nice little eco gifts if you want to separate for stocking filler or small presents, and you can reuse the tins for keepsakes or other seeds. Disappointed though, as all the tins has scuff marks on the bottom with writing worn away. This made the tins looked "repurposed" and so not ideal for gifts, and I really expected more for the price. As the tins came stacked in a plastic zip bag on top of each other, which was much bigger than the tins, I guess they'd been moved many times in storage/transit and the metal tins has rubbed against each other in the stack. Probably potluck from order to order, and really not the end of the world, but shabby packaging could be erased by adding piece of paper between the tins.
