Very bad for your batteries
I ordered 3 of of these and they all over charge the LI-ion cells to 4.4 volts, you would think that for charging LI-Ion cells they would be a CC/CV REGULATED SO AS NOT TO EXCEED THE MAX VOLTAGE OF 4.2v for a 18650 CELL OR better yet have the cutoff voltage set to 4.15v, ABSOLUTE GARBAGE BRAND NEW LG CELLS DESTROYED THEY SHOULD NOT GET SO HOT AS TO MELT THE WRAPPER. I left it unattended for about 30minutes and almost had a house fire
