Amazon Brand - Revly Organic Acacia Fiber Powder, Supports Digestive Health, Unflavoured, 12 Ounce, 52 Count, Vegan

I have used soluble acacia fiber for about 4 years due to IBS-C, and it always helps. This is the third brand I have tried and I find it just as good as the others that come in a bag. I notice no taste at all, and it dissolves about the same as the others. I don’t expect soluble fiber to dissolve like sugar. It does take a little work. I find using a mini wisk works best for me. I like to put my powder in my morning and evening tea. I usually put about an inch of water, warm to hot, in my cup, add the powder and wisk it vigorously. Then I let it sit for 30-45 seconds, pour in the rest of my water and then it is easy to finish wisking it in completely. It will dissolve easily in hot mashed or sweet potatoes and you never know it is there. I really like the sturdy container Revly comes in, whereas the others brands use bags. I took off one star because this brand is 2 oz less than the other brands I have used, though I still feel it is a good deal and recommend Revly acacia powder.

I bought this because Heather's was not available on Amazon when I ordered this during summer 2024. I've tried many of the other well known brands and was disappointed with every one of them. This is the most like Heather's that I have found. Fine, not clumpy or sticky, mixes well in food have only mixed in cold protein smoothies, yogurt and beverages. Always find. No taste. I would order again.

I bought this because I’m trying to increase my fiber intake. It is tasteless in the drinks I have put it in (all warm or hot), but it doesn’t mix well. No matter what I have tried, it won’t fully dissolve. It seems effective in helping with satiety and hasn’t made me bloated. I took off one star simply because it won’t dissolve fully, but otherwise I’m satisfied. I might try other brands before deciding whether or not to purchase this again.

First off, there are some weird reviews and such talking about how “if you take too much, it’ll have the opposite effect”, and that’s a lie. That’s not how fiber works. Just wanted to put that out there.Weird taste, and is almost impossible to dissolve in water. I eventually figured out how to deal with this garbage; I make very hot water, stir some in as much I can, put in a tea bag, and come back a few minutes later and the clumps will have shrunk or disappear, and then I add sugar to the tea. This is the ONLY way I’ve been able to drink it, since it’s the ONLY way to completely dissolve to fiber, and it covers up the weird taste.Also, it has done absolutely nothing for me, BM wise. The nutrition facts say 1 tbsp is 18% of your daily fiber; that’s garbage. No wonder it doesn’t work. I think I might be best just throwing this away.WalMart has an off brand (equate)) water soluble fiber that’s cheap, dissolves easily, and doesn’t have any taste. Just use that.

I've used this along with collagen powder in my 7AM coffee for the past 8 months, and it has made a world of difference in my appetite! I feel satiated until well past 12PM, without eating anything else. I've lost weight and haven't missed anything while losing; it doesn't fall off like Ozempic or Mounjaro, but it has been helpful in with weight loss & controlling blood sugar levels.Yes, it can form lumps, but if you place the powders in the cup first, then the coffee, and use a frothing wand to mix, you will have no more issues with lumps! I purchased one just for this purpose, and it is perfectly suited for the job.

TLDR, don't buy this assuming it will dissolve well in chilled or even room temperature water without some work. It tends to clump into little gobs in chilled water. I use the 18-20oz disposable bottles for the gym and this just isn't useable for that. I didn't have any problem with the flavor, but swallowing little goo balls is unpleasant.I'm a post-bariatric patient (20+ yrs.), and fiber is so very important if you don't want to have "issues". I tried this product because I wanted something "better" for my body as my assessment is that I consume too much artificial stuff. I think this fit the bill in that way, however I find it almost impossible to use because it does NOT dissolve well in all liquids. Particularly cold beverages (even just water). It tends to clump in a way the other brands like equate or the big brand names like Benafiber. I don't think, though, this is something the manufacturer can do much about, at least not an keep it "healthier" or vegetarian. While I like the idea of it being more natural, I wish I had known before buying it that it wouldn't dissolve well without heat. I haven't tried mixing it in warm/hot water then cooling the water, that might work, however that's a bit time consuming and not what I need to keep my life simple.I wish the manufacturer luck and recommend they either include a note that it's for warm beverages or if it isn't, some better and more prominent instructions on how to make it work.

Very disappointed today in planning to order this great stuff - not available - unsure of return !! Really found it gentle but effective in getting nice poops - and that is after a lifetime of struggle - PLEASE find a way to bring it back. Thank You.

I bought this to curve my appetite, when I go on my 72hr fast. Evertime I woud start to feel hungry, I would mix a teaspoon into a cup of coffee or tea, it mixes easily and it would cure my hunger pain instantly and it did not spike my insulin levels at all. I actually lost 20lbs using Revly Organic Acacia Fiber Powder.
