1.Thaw frozen milkfish without taking out of the packaging under refrigeration.
- 2.Heat 1/4 cup of cooking oil for 2-3minutes in a large pan oven high heat.
- 3.Fry belly portion first and cook for 5 minutes or until crispy & golden brown.
- 4.Turn over to fry the skin portion for 3 minutes or until desired color is reached.
- 5.Serve hot with steamed white rice and enjoy.
