Easy to clean, two kids used this mattress and both had no problem sleeping.I would buy it again

I get it… it’s a silly amount of money to spend on a crib mattress. I went back and forth a lot, wondering if we should just get a $50 mattress and call it good. BUT as new parents with anxiety, we figured we should go with the super breathable option, just in case.Turns out it’s a good thing, cause our baby sure likes to sleep ON HIS FACE. Try as we might to adjust him, he insists that this is the only way he can sleep. WOMP. At least we can rest a little easier knowing that we chose the best mattress for our little face-sleeper!

Such a high quality crib mattress! I love the dual firmness with a softer toddler size. The Naturepedic site says this will not fit a Babyletto Lolly crib, but it fits perfectly snug with NO gaps. Thrilled to have such a nice mattress for our little one for years to come. The breathable cover is worth the extra cost and adds a comfy layer above the waterproof crib itself. Expensive but absolutely worth the splurge for a safe sleeping surface. I did a ton of research and feel good with my choice :)

The first thing I did when I took it out of the box was stick my face strait into it and took breath! I was so surprised how easy it is to breathe through. It is extremely hard on both sides. I know baby mattresses are supposed to be, but it just seems so hard. I like how easy it is to clean. And hope it gives this new mama some piece of mind.

It’s nontoxic and made with the best materials if that’s your highest priority. However, it felt very firm compared to my older child’s crib mattress of a different brand that I purchased 2 years ago. I actually returned this Naturepedic crib mattress and bought the same brand as my daughter has which is equally breathable and much softer but still firm enough for an infant. I also noticed that when put in our crib, which is a standard size crib, it did not fully come to the edges, which makes me extremely nervous to put in a newborn thinking that he could get at least a limb caught between the mattress and crib wall. For the price, I think it could be made with softer material and shaped to perfectly fit a standard crib.

Very impressed with the mattress even though the cost is crazy.
