If you steep it too long it's hard to drink. Get get around 3 steeps from quarter/half a teaspoon. Keeps me focused after drinking. Would buy again.

This is my 1st taste of budget gyokuro, looks like good quality sencha tbh, at a sensible price, but the taste is very grassy/seaweedy, not the worst, and 2nd brew is better than the 1st...as with all fresh tea, I'd recommend decanting the contents into an airtight caddy

Best of the best. Seriously good green tea. You can tell the quality by the first cup you drink. It’s a bit expensive but there’s a reason for that - it’s the best green tea you’ll ever buy. Taste; good, however i noticed after purchasing that the cultivar used in the production is widely used for Sencha tea and would generally be considered unsuitable for the superior Gyokuro tea.

I usually buy direct from Japan but this seller now adds a cost for DHL shipping. This product is very good quality & a little cheaper.
