The quality of this psyllium husk is top-notch. It's 99% pure and you can really tell the difference compared to other brands. The natural fiber content is excellent for digestive health, and it mixes well with water or juice without clumping up. The 500 g size is also a good value for the price, lasting quite a while even with daily use.However, the packaging could use some improvement. A resealable bag would be more convenient than the current packaging. Also, the powder can be a bit messy when scooping it out, so a scoop included in the package would be helpful. Lastly, the taste is quite bland, which is expected but still worth mentioning for those who might be sensitive to it.

I've used Psyllium Husk for decades. It is amazing and one of the best things you can take to improve overall health. Everyone I have recommended it to (especially for digetive issues) has seen dramatic results. This is the best I have tried. You can instantly tell that the product is quality sourced, it's the finest I've had in years (no over dried courseness) the colour is a wonderful light blonde and it's feels and smells incredibly fresh. I started buying this as a way to increase the amount of fibre in my diet. I would say that this has had a positive impact in keeping me “regular”, which is something I have struggled with for many years.I typically mix a small amount of this into my porridge, which — if you’re like me and enjoy thick porridge — is just the ticket. You can also mix this into yogurt with minimal impact on texture.I have used this in an egg white pancake recipe and they turned out incredibly well. Low cal and very filling - they were a staple breakfast for me for months.I have also used this in a muffin recipe - it made them very springy, which was quite nice when they were fresh out of the oven.Overall, a great product that helps with satiety and regularity. I always keep some in the kitchen cupboard.

I can not praise this product enough!!!!!What a difference did it make to my life. This product is far better than I thought or was hoping for. My toilet habits improved by 99%, haven't had one single day of bloated/distended abdomen no matter what I eat or do. Pains are gone. It's absolute miracle. It has got one negative, which is the consistency, but if you drink it right away, there is no problem. It doesn't taste of anything. I apply recommended amount every morning to my 0.4-0.5L of squash and in it goes. Without sounding gross, passing a motion is a breeze these days. I must say, this is THE best natural product for bowel issues by miles :)
