These work around 30 minutes after taking. I do wish they would stay in my system longer than 2.5 hours. I can feel it when they kick in bc I sweat a lot and get goosebumps even though I'm sweating and I start talking 50 miles an hour and don't shut up. LolOverall they are pretty good. Don't give me the jitters. I'd give it a 5 if it would last longer bc this may be a person to person difference. I take 1 at a time. Haven't tried to take 2 at once.
