Q: How i can pair dual white led controller with wl-box 1? i am lost my head around

Don’t know what a ‘wl-box 1’ is. This is designed to be controlled by a zigbee hub.

Q: What does "dual white" mean on the fut035z+? i have two separate white cob lights strips. can i plug them both in to this?

Cool white and warm white separately. It can be cool CT or Warm CT, so it wouldn't be suitable for controlling the level of 2 LEDs independently. Also, this product keeps cutting out and refusing to dim up anyway, so you'd be better looking elsewhere.

Q: Can this controller (and associated led strip) be incorporated into and existing philips hue setup?

Yes. I use these with a Hue hub. To pair it’s better to have them close to the hub, and power off any other hubs close by.
