Not sure if it’s been helping anything internally as I mainly use it for (hopefully) preventing wrinkles and hair loss. I have lost some weight, but I’ve also been exercising more so I can’t tell if it’s mainly from this collagen supplement, my exercising, or of course both. I’ve been buying and using the unflavored one for about 6 months now. I add it to my coffee every morning. Mixes well with hot liquids, not sure about cold.

I’ve been using this for about 2 weeks now and I can feel a difference. I mix it in with my iced coffee in the morning. It mixes well, I use a milk frother and it does a great job.I purchased the unflavored version and you can’t taste it at all. I skipped a morning and I could tell a huge difference I was dragging all day. This definitely boosts my mood and energy in the morning. I’m not a morning person and no coffee, no talkie.It doesn’t make me feel jittery but it makes me feel more awake or alert. It did curb my appetite when I first started taking it, but not so much now. I do like how I don’t have any joint aches since taking it. My hair feels so soft and so much healthier! I haven’t noticed a change or glow in my skin yet. I give this 5/5 starts and will repurchase.I did receive a 50% off coupon in the container so I had issues with Amazon taking the coupon. It had a QR code on it and when you scan it, it takes you to the companies FB messenger. They kept giving me a new code and it would never lower the price on Amazon, so they mailed me a free item of my choice and of course I chose this again!Just for reference I’m 48 and broke my knee riding a horse so I have a lot of joint issues with that knee, but since taking this I haven’t had any issues. I like all the benefits it has plus it helps me go to the bathroom regularly and I feel less bloated.Highly recommend, excellent customer service from the company. It’s easy to use, remove all my aches and pains and all in all makes me feel more alert. Definitely a repeat customer and I have already ordered the appetite suppressant for women and excited to try them.

I am on month 3 of this collagen and I absolutely love it. I have struggled with scalp psoriasis for years and this product made a huge difference on my scalp. I also lift weights 5 days a week and it has made a huge difference on my recovery time.

I started having night sweats and heart palpitations after starting this. It took me a few days to figure out this is what caused it. I'm sure if I'd actually read the "Burn" part i would've known. It's not a bad product just not good for me.

It’s too soon to tell if this product does anything for weight loss but so far I can say that it has a good vanilla flavor and dissolves well. My hair and nails are looking better.

I have already lost 4 lbs. since I started drinking my Burn in with my "Joe'y" every morning and with my "Sleep" at night plus my afternoon tea I put 1/2 scoop. Burn has absolutely no taste at all. I feel better and have more energy. I can't wait to see what I weigh by the end of this month of May. It mixes very well with anything. I would recommend Burn to anyone. Linda

I haven’t noticed a big difference yet while using it, but it does taste good and dissolves well in water. The size of the container is great and the price isn’t bad. I haven’t decided if I will keep trying to use it or not.

Love the raspberry lemonade flavor and I believe the product has definitely helped with my weight loss and energy. I would have given it 5 stars if it dissolved easier in cold water. Despite vigorous stirring or shaking in a water bottle, a lot of it doesn’t dissolve and you have to continue to shake as you are drinking. I found the easiest was to use a funnel to get it in a water bottle. Living in AZ I definitely prefer cold beverages over hot. If this was improved I would buy it monthly. Because of the dissolving issue I switched to the unflavored and mix in my coffee which works great but I would much prefer a flavored version in cold water. Aside from that I love this product.
