I have bought this a few times and I think it is high quality and I will continue to buy it, but I have noticed that when you are towards the end of the container the powder clumps up and gets hard as if it is retaining moisture. I think it needs packets in the container to absorb moisture and keep the product soft and dry. There is no flavor and it does seem to dissolve quickly in liquid.

Excellent benefit, results that are noticeable

I really liked the minty taste—super refreshing and way better than the usual chalky capsule flavor. Just a heads up: you do need to take 5 capsules to reach the recommended 5g intake, which can feel like a lot at once. But if you're used to high-dose supplements, it’s manageable. Overall, easy on the stomach and surprisingly pleasant for a capsule!
