Compact, Powerful, and Built to Last – The WUBEN G5 is a Game-Changer!
The performance of the WUBEN G5 flashlight blew me away. For something so compact and lightweight, it delivers a powerful and bright beam that easily outshines many larger flashlights I’ve used in the past. The dual LED setup offers impressive coverage and intensity, making it perfect for everything from nighttime walks to work tasks in low-light conditions. One of my favorite features is the adjustable brightness control, which allows me to conserve battery when I don’t need full power. The side switch is intuitive, and I really like the lockout function – no more accidental activation in my pocket or bag. The build quality feels solid and rugged, which is exactly what you’d want for everyday carry or outdoor use.Battery life is excellent, and recharging via USB-C is super convenient. I also appreciate the pocket clip – it's secure and keeps the flashlight easily accessible.Overall, the WUBEN G5 has earned a permanent place in my EDC gear. It’s a reliable and powerful tool that punches well above its size. Highly recommended!

Awesome EDC flashlight
Ok, this is an awesome and very unique EDC flashlight. It's the size of a small car key fob. I used it walking the dogs at night on my first day and it was very bright. I like the stepless brightness dial.Read the directions because there are a number of button combos for the different modes. It can do just about any color and has several patterns.Another thing I like is the switch covering the USB c port. When you toggle it all the way down it also disables the power button. Charging is fast and it lasts a long time on a single charge!Small and easy to carry. Not bulky like a traditional flashlight so it fits nicely in your pocket. Also has a magnetic end that lets you mount it while working.

In a few words - A Very Clever Pocket Light, A Pocket Pal to Show Friends, but Useful, too.
In a word, "Clever".Honestly, I was drawn to purchase this light for two reasons: first, the cleverness of the "variable color output" and second, the reasonable price. An added elements of "clever" are the rotating head, the dialing of white brightness or color, and the "pull out and rotate around" pocket clip. The light is a reasonable compromise, but ultimately is a "clever pocket pal" to show friends more than actually use as an Every Day Carry item of utility. Here's a few comments on that compromise: The dialing for brightness is perhaps not the best method of User Interface; the minimum and maximum brightness levels aren't overwhelming, but adequate; the impact of 10 Lumens of colored light output will range from perceivably dimmer to brighter to the eye, depending on the nm (color) of the output, but again, generally useful; the rotating head is useful in conjunction with the pivoting clip for use on a cap or on a strap or in-hand, but the head's size, appearance of construction, and single point of attachment is a bit worrisome for long term durability; after a few pocket carries, the black finish has worn off at corners; the magnetic base isn't confidently strong enough to suspend the light horizontally (width-wise).Now another point of "clever" is the use of a three position slide switch to uncover the USB-C recharge port, unlock the light, and lock the light. The idea is clever, but long term durability is a question. The use of the rotating dial and single push button affords a reasonable and simple method of User Interface, as does the slide-switch / port cover. All in all, this light is quite clever and reasonably useful, too. Hopefully, if it is carried and used carefully, it will be a fun and useful light.Four out of five for compromises in performance and construction, even knowing that at this price point compromises are understandable - but I'd have paid more for a more "solid" product with these clever features.

Compact Powerhouse That Redefines EDC
After using the Wuben G5 for nearly a month, I can confidently say this flashlight is nothing short of fantastic. Despite its ultra-compact size — arguably the smallest EDC light I’ve ever used — it has quickly replaced most of the flashlights I used to carry daily. What sets it apart is how effortlessly it fits into my lifestyle. It slips perfectly into the coin pocket of my jeans and is so lightweight that I often forget I’m even carrying it. The rotating clip and the 180-degree swiveling head add an incredible amount of versatility — I can attach it to my shirt pocket without it sagging or mount it on the brim of a cap for hands-free work. These thoughtful design choices make it one of the most practical lights I’ve ever owned. One standout feature is the rotating dial used to adjust brightness. It makes switching modes incredibly intuitive and smooth — no double-clicks, long-presses, or confusing combinations. Just turn the wheel and go. For such a small flashlight, the G5 is impressively bright. In my usage pattern (running it on max brightness for 1–5 minutes every 5 minutes), the battery consistently lasted through the entire night. It probably could’ve gone even longer, but I usually top it off daily just out of habit.Build quality is top-tier. There are no rattles, creaks, or loose parts — everything feels solid and refined. It has the tactile feel of a premium, well-engineered tool. Simply put, the G5 doesn’t just feel like another flashlight — it feels like a precision instrument designed with real-world use in mind.In short, the Wuben G5 delivers a near-perfect combination of size, functionality, and quality. It’s a flashlight that disappears in your pocket but shines when you need it most.
