Looks fantastic
This item took some working out to put together. Finding out which screws went where. The roof was the worse. But luckily it finally went together. As per photos. I love it. It does take 2 people to assemble

Nice Addition to the Garden
The item itself once put together is a good size and look good, however putting it together was tricky! Severe lack of drill holes which made putting it together and aligned awkward. Screws supplied are very small, so not entirely sure how well it will stay together once used and outdoors. I would also recommend putting a protective coat of varnish or wood paint on it as the wood itself is pretty cheap.

Great addition to my garden
I have wanted a wishing well for the garden for a long time - very pleased with what I got. This is very reasonably priced, and is neither too small, nor too large - quite the right size for a small/medium sized garden. The wood is not very strong, but the finished product is sturdy enough. The instructions could be slightly better, but with a little patience it was not difficult - took me about 30-40 minutes.I am no expert, but would suggest using some sort of coating to protect the wood. I used two layers of a lacquer spray - hope that will do the job.Overall, very pleased with my wishing well - now gotta wish for those lottery numbers!!

It’s perfect, and looks exactly like the picture
It arrived very promptly, and was exactly what I was expecting. It came flat-packed but was easy enough to assemble, it probably took me about 35 mins. I did have to reattach the first adjoining post as I put it on upside down, but that was my fault, rather than the fault of the instructions. It went together very easily and I was impressed by the quality considering the price. I finished it off with a coat of linseed oil as added protection from the elements, but I am thrilled with it. It looks amazing.

Not fit for purpose
Put it straight in the bin , avoid disappointment and frustration. The parcel was left out in the rain for a day soaking the wood inside . I dried it out then tried to assemble it - nightmare . Shoddy , cheap material , not fit for purpose . Tiny screws popping out all over it , the roof panels fell apart at first touch . Wood on roof did not patch , metal bent .Criminal .

A nightmare to put together
Looks good when assembled but with instructions very faint not easily explained was a nightmare to put together. For the cost I believe the manufacturer should give better instructions as not all the holes are predrilled. If I had known it would be so difficult I probably would have bought from another supplier.

Superb
This arrived within less than 24 hours of ordering , superb service!Made of sturdy wood.A bit fiddly to assemble as the screws are very tiny, instructions could be a bit better but once it’s all put together it’s a fabulous wishing well.I put a bin liner in the bottom part with bucket of water in the middle and then filled it with peat and planted primroses and ivy.Room for 2 little bottles of Prosecco in the top bucket. 🥂Highly recommend this wishing well and it’s a good price too.

Not impressed
I wanted to replace our old well with a new one for ages and found this one.The end of one roof piece had fallen off in box and the thin pin nails pierced my finger causing it to bleed. The other side end piece was split, so had to glue together. Then once unpacked tried to assemble. Had to get pliers out to straighten metal strips around base bucket. Screws were not labelled so had to get a ruler to measure and sort them. Assembly instructions not clear. The base did not fit, too small fell straight through. Had to put in extra supports to hold it in place. Wood thin not good quality.I've made up as would be harder to return than to make up, which was hard enough. Not worth the price, doubt it'll last a year unlike last 15 year old one!!!
